Customer Service Engineer
Together with your colleagues you are the first point of contact for our Centoview customers. After an intensive internal product training you can answer the questions of our customers quickly and efficiently. With your customer-centric approach you will always provide a solution. You also know how to ask relevant questions for a correct diagnosis. You’re not alone, but can count on the support of your colleagues and other internal specialists.
• You are customer-oriented and have excellent communication and social skills
• You are eager to learn and are interested in both software and hardware
• You can communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English
• You can approach problems analytically
• You are a team player but can also organize and execute your tasks independently
• You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
• You are stress-resistant and punctual
